Well I live in Moab, Utah but I know where you can get lessons. I would find a way to any local golf course. There you would be able to ask the pro for lessons. They are usually the cheapest and the easiest way to learn how to play golf. If not then any other course would work but it might cost more. A public course would be great!

For how long should one take golf lessons?
Been golfing for 5 months with lessons once a week. I’m decent but my game still needs a lot of work. Do I still need lessons or can I figure it out on my own now? (Obviously can’t ask my coach this, we know what his answer would be!)

Travelocity called and told me of this charge from Africa and I live in Texas. How could someone have got my card. Also they charged golf lessons.

Funny.. I didn’t know travelocity monitored your credit card transactions. I thought your credit card company handled that. Understand that you’re not going to get a real answer or any kind of resolution until you call your credit card company right?

I have my first private golf lesson today. How many lessons will I have to take before I can shoot in the 80s?
I’ve played golf a few years, but this year I intend to get good 
. Right now I’m shooting about 110. I’m a lady golfer.

It depends on how you play and what the instructor expects of you. I am going to guess that it will take atleast til June… Because you have to make sure your alignment is good (might be part of the problem) and that you are hitting the ball correctly.
No one can really answer that question until after about 2-3 lessons. You need to make sure you are practicing what your instructor tells you to practice at home.
It is hard to take lessons once you have already played because… You have to get used to a new swing and everything.
Just practice what he/she tells you and hopefully it won’t be too long although, you may want to stick with them just to make sure that you are doing everything correctly once you are hitting in the 80′s. I personally love my private golf lessons.. But thats just me
