Golf Setup – where does the weight go when you setup to the ball?
When you setup to the ball, are you flat on your feet? I was told by one coach that i need to be on my toes, and then another coach told me i must be flat on my feet.

For a typical full shot at the golf setup, you want your weight evenly distributed between both feet, with your weight slightly on the balls of your feet.
This should give you an athletic starting position. Another guide is that if you look from behind the back of your shoulder, front of your knees, and balls of your feet should line up in a straight line. This is balanced.
